Our project is unique in The Gambia.

 

We currently offer basic education in literacy, maths, religious education and computer classes. However our goal is to surpass national curriculum requirements to create a safe and supportive space for youths to grow into the enlightened leaders and workers of tomorrow.

We used to offer theatre workshops, a free school lunch, screen-printng , sewing , free adult literacy classes plus cultural and sporting events for the  local community. Unfortunately these activities have temporarily been suspended due to insufficient funding. However with your assistance, we would like to resurrect all these activities for the benefit of the local community

What we need

Over 220 students currently attend the School which successfully opened its doors in 2012.
The majority of these children don’t have lunch, stationery and uniform (this includes decent shoes) to see them through.

Your donation shall benefit them as well as:
Teachers salary, Administration, Upkeep of projects.
